The high-quality raw materials are sourced from the region of Upper Bavaria, where Herrmann's production facility is also located. Herrmann's pays particular attention to quality and ethics. For example, the animals are slaughtered directly on the respective farms to avoid animal transport. The feed the animals are given is also closely monitored; antibiotics and other growth-promoting substances are unacceptable at Herrmann's! Great importance is also attached to free-range husbandry or regular natural outdoor access. Only 3 of the raw materials we offer are not organic: Fish - this is wild-caught due to the poorer husbandry conditions, game - as the wild is the best place to live, and sheep - but is sourced from organic farms. The tasty menus each contain only one source of animal protein, which ensures optimum digestibility, especially for nutritionally sensitive dogs. Each menu has a meat content of at least 50%. Fruit, vegetables, carbohydrates and oils also come from controlled organic cultivation and are predominantly of regional origin. These provide the necessary vitamins, fibre and minerals in the menus. Gentle production ensures the preservation of nutrients and a long shelf life without preservatives. The tins are filled and sealed at around 3 degrees and then heated at a gentle temperature. Bacterial growth can also be prevented in this way.
